The Problem
A multi-venue gym class operator were receiving complaints from increasingly frustrated gym members who were struggling to book their gym classes via the operators mobile site.
The system communicated the following gym class information to members:
● Across 5 centre venues
● Multiple studios within each venue
● Multiple daily classes within each studio
● Various ‘types’ of classes available
● Many different individual classes available

The Solution
Recommendations were made regarding the specific usability issues which were found to be causing the most cognitive load on the part of the user. Efficiency and satisfaction recommendations were also made and an entirely new system redesign was also offered as a result of the findings.
